FAQs
Q - Are there recommended sensitivity settings for the Frag Mouse?
Yes. Some games have internal sensitivity controls that, when set at a high level and then combined with too high a setting on the Frag mouse, will make movements too fast for proper processing in certain games. If things seem choppy - simply turn down the FragFx mouse sensitivity to 1 or 0.
Before You Start
In order to get the smoothest mouse movements during game play, we suggest these optimal settings for your FragFX.
Recommended Game Settings: RFOM: Game Sensitivity set to 8 (FragFX Dial setting: 1) FEAR: Game Sensitivity set to Max (FragFX Dial setting: 2-3) COD3: Game Sensitivity set to Max (FragFX Dial setting: 2-3) R6-Vegas: Game Sensitivity set to 10 (FragFX Dial setting: 2-3) Oblivion: Game Sensitivity set to Max (FragFX Dial setting: 3) Most of the above games listed use the same setting/sensitivity level, but a few may need to adjusted higher or lower, depending on your comfort level.

Q - Is the FragFx firmware upgradeable if there are firmware changes by Sony to the PS3, or to accommodate extra functions in new game releases?
Absolutely!
This is a truly unique function of the FragFx - it is fully firmware upgradeable! New functions, settings and firmware compatibility protocols can all be updated. Some tools and patches may take some time before they are available for download, but you can always email or call our toll free support line during normal business hours for the most recent information or any help you may need installing your upgrade. The upgrades are now available to be installed via a usb connection on a windows XP or Vista system. All you need to do is download the patch and follow the install instructions.
